Lost or Delayed Deliveries
Before placing an order, it is a must to check the rules and regulations of the customs service of your country. If your package was suspended at the border, please contact your local customs office to pay the tax and get your package.
If your package is delayed or not tracked because of the shipping company, our staff will do their best to facilitate its search.
Return or Refund
In the case of return, refunding will be sent done using the same method of payment.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please note that refunds may take up to 30 working days to be credited to your account. Contact your bank if you need to fasten the process.
We accept returns of any product in the following cases:
· If the product has manufacturing defects
· If an incorrect order was received

Question: Can I return an item?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, contact us by email at mail@fillyourskin.com no later than 3 days after the delivery date. No refund will be honored if the product has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during delivery). Returns can only be honored if the product is returned intact.
Question: Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Answer: Your refund will be issued by the original way used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note, that refunds can take up to 29 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Contact your bank if you need to speed up the process. All refund requests must be sent over email to mail@fillyourskin.com so that they are traceable. No refund can be accepted via the phone, live chat or website enquiry.
